Return and Refund policy
Return and Exchange Policy:
- In case of size issue/damaged/ defective or missing products in order, exchange or return will be done. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
- E-mail us at riverafashion92@gmail.com for return/exchange with order no., reason for return/exchange and photographs of the products.
- Once your request is approved, you will be informed to keep your return parcel ready. Product pick up will be arranged by us.
- Return & Exchange is Free of cost.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products purchased during heavy discounted sale are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
- Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.
- In case of return, Once the product is received in our warehouse and product passes the quality check, Coupon code will be shared to you.
- In case of Exchange, once the product is received in our warehouse and product passes the quality check, Exchanged product will be delivered by our logistics partner in 3 to 15 working days. In case of non availability of same product, coupon code of same amount will be shared to you.
- Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Coupon code are not eligible for any Returns.
- If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. After the product passes QC, you will receive ₹150 as store credit to compensate for your shipping cost.
- Misprints and colour differences from website images can be due to different screen resolutions and are not considered as damaged/defective products. We also sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
Cancellation of your order:
- Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. If COD orders not confirmed via call, the order shall stand cancelled. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges).
